Temari.
Hands down.
She seems like a better match for him; him being lazy and her being bossy. And out of the few times she shows any concern for anyone, one is when he's getting his head told off by his dad (ch. 235 and ep. 315 people ) Even if only for a little, Temari looks just a little sad for Shikamaru.
Not to mention most of her appearences are with Shikamaru.

Now, Ino... ehhhh.
Don't get me wrong, I don't hate her or anything, it's just that they seem more like brother and sister.

Hmm, well look at it this way perhaps. Shikamaru is definitely a leader, we know that. Don't forget that he also becomes bored fairly easily unless it's something that's a) really bugging him or b) actually in his interest range. Otherwise, he calls it troublesome.
Now, we can most definitely count Temari as a leader (or at least bossy), and if they pair together, Shikamaru will have just a grand time keeping his sexist adittude about how the man is "supposed to wear the pants" per se. If he's paired with Ino, well... Even though she is loud and all, she does seem like the kind of gal who would be a fairly submissive wife (or am I the only one who noticed that? ) If Shikamaru doesn't have to boss her around, then what's he to do? He doesn't have a troublesome wife anymore (and we all know that's who he wants )

Ah Hitsugaya is the "youngest" of the captains (I don't know how to count shinigami years ) His bankai is pretty awesome and he did get approved by the head and three other captains at a "young" age, so he wouldn't really be considered weak.

I really want her to choose Kaname

Yuki seems to favor Kaname as a lover, but Zero might just pop in as the best-friend-turned-lover kinda guy. Ahh what a great fight that would be! Kaname vs Zero for Yuki's love! Awww how cliche!
